Our story
A kitchen with a soul
Marrakech Local Experience was founded by Abderahim to share authentic Moroccan food culture with travellers from around the world.
Inside our riad kitchen, our local chefs share the dishes, spices and stories they grew up with. Come for the cooking, stay for the conversation, and leave with a little of Morocco to take home.
What began around the cooking table has grown into four experiences — pottery, babouche-making and the Amazigh wedding celebration joined the cooking class, each hosted with the same local, hands-on spirit.

Cooking with a positive impact
Through our work, we also help support women living in villages of the Atlas Mountains, strengthening local skills, opportunities and community life.
